Description

Air volume laboratory is used to test the air flux per unit time, often used for cooling fans, axial fans, ventilation fans, range hoods, blowers or ventilation equipment capacity, calculated in cubic meters per second.


Its basic test principle:


Simulate the actual working state of the test product in the test wind tunnel (the auxiliary fan makes the test product outlet pressure consistent with the requirements), and then measure the air pressure difference on both sides of the nozzle in the wind tunnel, and then calculate the corresponding wind speed by the standard formula, and finally multiply the nozzle area and related flow coefficient to obtain the air volume. The device uses computer automatic measurement and control mode, only need to manually install the sample and replace the nozzle, the whole process of testing a sample only takes ten minutes. It can map the corresponding curves of static pressure and air volume, air volume and speed, current, power, efficiency, etc. The test can also be carried out in both inhalation and discharge states. It has the characteristics of convenience, fast, stable and reliable, and good reproducibility. Meet the relevant product research and production process test use.


Overall program:


This proposal does not include the structural part of the laboratory building, which is constructed by the user according to the requirements of the standard. Laboratory general requirements:


Size :4500 (W) x6000)(L) x 2800 (H)mm or more. Walls: smooth and flat, without affecting air flow openings (air conditioning openings should not be blown directly). Ground: Keep the ground level.


Temperature and humidity: When the air volume is measured, the air temperature in the laboratory is -5℃-20℃, and the humidity is 30%-80%RH (can be customized according to user requirements).


Atmospheric pressure: the altitude does not exceed 1000 meters, <1000 meters of ordinary atmospheric environment.


Test system:


The main components are: air volume test wind tunnel, auxiliary fan and damper adjustment mechanism, measurement and control electrical cabinet (including frequency conversion power supply, electrical parameter measuring instrument, pressure transmitter, tachometer, etc.), brand computer, printer, test lifting platform, test installation flange and test air pipe.


System function: After the computer prompts the input of test parameters and test data, all automatic measurement and control functions can be realized: including, air volume measurement; Voltage, current, power measurement; Speed measurement, temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure measurement, test process tips, data tables, related curves, etc.


Power distribution requirements:


The user must provide an independent power distribution switch, three-phase four-wire plus ground power supply: AC 380V,50Hz Maximum capacity :5KVA.


Test software:


1) Using WinXP operating system, window interface, Chinese display;


2) It can collect all the measured data and conduct real-time continuous monitoring in the form of figures and tables;


3) After the test, the original data can be automatically analyzed and processed, displayed and printed;


4) Historical data query function. Data can be queried, displayed and printed by test date, number, model and other parameters;


5) The interface and related data can be repaired according to user requirements;
