Rain laboratory design idea:

Nozzle layout and number:

Rain test room, car rain test room, rain room structure :1) The rain device is a circulation filtration system:


It is mainly composed of water pump, automatic pressure regulating valve, water pressure gauge, main pipe, branch pipe, flow meter, throttle valve, nozzle, nozzle frame, nozzle frame driving adjustment mechanism and reservoir. The nozzle and the nozzle frame constitute the front, back, left and top five spray surfaces, and each nozzle is connected with the branch pipeline. The flowmeter and throttle valve are arranged respectively at the starting end of the branch pipe leading to the front spray surface and leading to other spray surfaces. The system line pressure can be set to ((150±10)KPa.
